Weekends cost more because demand surges.

Expect Friday to Sunday pricing to generally run higher than mid-weeks.

Holidays, which tend to include school breaks, get higher crowds (as you can see in this Disneyland crowd calendar).

Visiting during the holidays is difficult if you’re trying to book your Disneyland trip on a budget. If you can avoid it, visiting during school time is best (more on the best times to visit next).

How much are Disneyland Tickets in 2026?

You can buy 1-5 day tickets at Disneyland.

In 2026, 1 day tickets range in price from $104 and $206 + tax if you want to visit just one park per day.

To add on Park Hopper (so you can visit both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure), you will need to pay an extra $65 – $75 per ticket.

Often, the more days on your ticket, the less it will work out each day of your ticket.

So, the cheapest days to visit will be when one day, one park tickets begin at $104.

Many guests also need to book hotels (and sometimes flights).

On-Site Savings Hacks: Renting DVC points can slash the rates at select Disneyland hotels. I always recommend booking through a trusted DVC rental company like David’s Vacation Club Rentals. You can request particular dates, or check confirmed reservations if you’re more flexible on dates. Depending on the length of your visit and room type, this could save you hundreds or thousands on your stay at The Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and Disneyland Hotel.

Off-site Hotels?: If you research hotels near Disneyland, you can land clean rooms sometimes within walking distance or with a shuttle bus, or even with free breakfast. Sadly, I’ve only stayed at one off-site hotel (Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel), and although it was beautiful from the outside, the rest of the hotel looked extremely tired and seemingly spooky at night. But if you thoroughly research before your stay, you could find a well-priced off-site hotel.

Don’t Automatically Purchase Disneyland Tickets from Disney’s Website: Always check authorized Disneyland ticket sellers’ prices before you purchase. By purchasing my Disneyland tickets through Undercover Tourist, I saved $121 on my 5-day ticket with Lightning Lane Multipass. Whilst savings won’t always be this drastic, any savings on your Disneyland tickets can be helpful on an already expensive visit.
Check Comparison Websites Before Booking Flights: When looking for the cheapest time to visit Disney 2026, it’s important to research flights (if you’re not local/driving), as they often be one of the biggest expenses of your Disneyland trip. Whether you’re looking on Google Flights or Skyscanner, for example, shop around for flight prices and options!
Try With & Without a VPN: Depending on your location, you may find different flight prices. In 2023, I saved a few hundred dollars on my return flights from London to Orlando by changing my location to the US instead of the UK, and booking through Expedia. Always worth a try!
