Disney Vacation Club Locations of Resorts
Disney Vacation Club Locations of Resorts – Florida
Disney Vacation Club Resorts – Walt Disney World
1) Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Jambo House
Number of Points Per Night for a Standard Studio (2024): 10-23 points per night
Affordable, Mid-Range or Expensive for DVC?: AFFORDABLE
Accommodation Options: Deluxe Studios, One-Bedroom Villas, Two-Bedroom Villas & Three-Bedroom Grand Villas
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Jambo House is an enchanting escape located within Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge.
It offers a unique blend of African-inspired decor, stunning wildlife views, and the comforts of home.
Guests can enjoy the exotic ambience and, in some cases, even observe African animals roaming just outside their balconies (if you book a Savanna view).
It’s an ideal choice for those seeking an immersive and luxurious Disney vacation experience.
2) Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village
Number of Points Per Night for a Standard Studio (2024): 10-23 points per night
Affordable, Mid-Range or Expensive for DVC?: AFFORDABLE
Accommodation Options: Deluxe Studios, One-Bedroom Villas, Two-Bedroom Villas & Three-Bedroom Grand Villas
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village is also situated within Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge – just a short walk away from Jambo House.
Similarly, you can enjoy the wildlife, charm of Africa and Savanna views at Kidani Village too!
Anecdotally, I prefer staying at Jambo House, because the location is more convenient. But, if you plan on eating at Sanaa, or prefer a quieter atmosphere, Kidani Village could be perfect for you.
3) Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort
Number of Points Per Night for a Standard Studio (2024): 13-29 points per night
Affordable, Mid-Range or Expensive for DVC?: MID-RANGE
Accommodation Options: Deluxe Studios, One-Bedroom Villas, Two-Bedroom Villas & Three-Bedroom Grand Villas
Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort offers a “modern” twist on the classic Disney experience.
Well, it’s supposed to be modern, but I think it feels very 1970s (considering it opened in 2009). But then again, it fits in well with the Contemporary (which opened in 1971).
Some accommodations at Bay Lake Tower offer stunning views of Bay Lake and Magic Kingdom.
The convenience of the monorail station provides quick and convenient access to Magic Kingdom and Epcot.
4) Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge
Number of Points Per Night for a Standard Studio (2024): 13-28 points per night
Affordable, Mid-Range or Expensive for DVC?: MID-RANGE
Accommodation Options: Deluxe Studios, One-Bedroom Villas & Two-Bedroom Villas
Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge combines rustic charm with modern amenities.
Nestled within Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort, these villas offer a cosy and tranquil retreat.
The resort’s design is inspired by the great lodges of the Pacific Northwest, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Guests can enjoy the comfort of well-appointed studios and villas while being just a boat ride away from the magic of Magic Kingdom.
Although this DVC resort isn’t far from Magic Kingdom, it provides a peaceful retreat from the theme park bustle.
It’s an excellent choice for those who appreciate a more serene, nature-inspired Disney experience.
5) Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge
Number of Points Per Night for a Standard Studio (2024): 13-28 points
Affordable, Mid-Range or Expensive for DVC?: MID-RANGE
Accommodation Options: Deluxe Studios, One-Bedroom Villas, Two-Bedroom Villas, Three-Bedroom Grand Villas & Two-Bedroom Cabins
Copper Creek Villas & Cabins (also at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge) offers a luxurious wilderness escape.
This resort introduces the unique Cabins, offering modern rustic charm.
Looking for more “standard” accommodation at Copper Creek? Don’t worry! There are some wonderful studios and villas to choose from.
Similarly to Boulder Ridge, guests here enjoy proximity to the Magic Kingdom and a serene escape into the great outdoors.
6) Disney’s Beach Club Villas
Number of Points Per Night for a Standard Studio (2024): 14-28 points per night
Affordable, Mid-Range or Expensive for DVC?: MID-RANGE
Accommodation Options: Deluxe Studios, One-Bedroom Villas & Two-Bedroom Villas
Disney’s Beach Club Villas offer a “beachfront” experience.
Located within the Epcot Resort Area, these villas are a part of Disney’s Beach Club Resort and provide a seaside ambience.
Guests can enjoy the enchanting Stormalong Bay, one of the best pool complexes in Disney World.
In addition, the VERY QUIET DVC pool (known as Dunes Cove pool – which is closed for refurbishment from October 30th – late December 2023).
Dining options include Cape May Cafe, primarily known for its character dining experiences.
While it’s a mid-expensive DVC resort option, the Beach Club Villas are within walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios (you can also catch a water taxi or the Skyliner to Hollywood Studios).
The Beach Club Villas are being refurbished in 2023. I recently stayed in an unrefurbished 2 Bedroom villa, which was in desperate need of a refurbishment.
Unless you’re staying in a refurbished Studio or Villa, I would not recommend spending your points/money here – unless the accommodation really isn’t that important to you.

Accommodation Options: Deluxe Studios, One-Bedroom Villas, Two-Bedroom Villas & Three-Bedroom Grand Villas
Disney’s BoardWalk Villas offer a charming and nostalgic stay reminiscent of the turn-of-the-century Atlantic City.
Nestled within the Epcot Resort Area, these villas provide guests with an inviting blend of comfort and entertainment.
With easy access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios (similar to the Beach Club Villas), Disney’s BoardWalk Villas combine the best of both worlds: modern Disney magic and vintage coastal charm.

Riviera is the only DVC Resort with a Skyliner station, connecting to Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
