The Ultimate Disney World Snacks List

7 Disney World Snacks You Can’t Miss
1) Mickey Beignets
If you like beignets – or think you will like beignets – do not skip this Mickey-shaped Disney World snack!
If you want to try this delectable snack, you have the option to purchase 3 beignets for $6.99 or indulge in a larger shareable portion of 6 beignets for $10.99.
To make this even better, you can choose from a selection of dipping sauces – which are included in the price.
Among them, the Salted Caramel stands out, perfectly complementing the beignets’ flavour without being too overpowering. They also have Strawberry and Chicory Chocolate Ganache (I don’t think these are as good, but they’re still decent).
Additional dipping sauces are available for just $1.99 each if you want to try more than one.
For those with an adventurous palate, watch out for limited edition beignet flavours that appear – depending on the season.
Usually, Mickey Beignets are exclusively served at Scat Cat’s Club at Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter.
However, anticipating Tiana’s Bayou Adventure opening in late 2024, we can only hope these delectable beignets will permanently find their way to Magic Kingdom.
Until then, Port Orleans – French Quarter may be the best Disney Resort to stay at (I’m only partially kidding 😂).
For a limited time (February 1st, 2024 – March 1st, 2024), beignets are being sold at Magic Kingdom (but only with a strawberry dipping sauce).
2) Dole Whips
If you were to ask, ‘What is the most popular snack at Disney World?’, I would immediately think, ‘DOLE WHIPS’.
They are infamous and iconic – but they are certainly not overhyped!
This sweet and delicious treat is perfect on hot, humid Disney World days (or even in Winter; Dole Whips are wonderful all year round)!
The best-known flavour of Dole Whip is pineapple (which is EXTREMELY sweet – but not in a bad way). You can also find other flavours, such as lime, vanilla, mango, and raspberry. (Please note that flavours of Dole Whips are subject to change.)
You can find Dole Whips at these Walt Disney World snack locations:
Magic Kingdom
- Sunshine Tree Terrace
- Aloha Isle
Typhoon Lagoon
- Happy Landings
- Snack Shack
Disney Springs
- Swirls on the Water
- Wine Bar George
Disney’s Boardwalk
- Boardwalk Joe’s Marvelous Margaritas
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
- Pineapple Lanai
- Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto
- Barefoot Pool Bar
- Oasis Bar & Grill
Disney’s Contemporary Resort
- Contempo Café
Disney’s Old Key West Resort
- Good’s Food To Go
You can find more information on these locations here.
3) Werther’s Original Hand-Crafted Caramel Popcorn
This is the best Disney World snack at Epcot!
You may be thinking that popcorn isn’t the most exciting snack, but Werther’s Original flavoured popcorn is!
This snack – served at Karamell-Küche in the Germany Pavillion – is sweet, crunchy and practically flawless.
It is quite sickly, so you can share it – or you may want to save some and eat it later.
Either way, it’s incredible and one of the best sweet snacks in the whole of Walt Disney World!
4) Blueberry Muffins
Okay, I know this also doesn’t sound like the greatest snack, but some of the blueberry muffins at Disney World are truly marvellous.
Unfortunately, they are not all made equal, but all of the blueberry muffins I’ve tried at these locations are incredible:
- Riverside Mill Food Court at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside
- World Premiere Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort
- Intermission Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort
- End Zone Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort
- The Artist’s Palette at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort
- The Mara at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge (these are a little to the blueberry muffins at the Resorts above, but similar enough and still amazing).
These muffins are not dry, and they are clearly full of sugar – so not the best if you’re looking for a healthy snack.
5) Night Blossom
This is the only drink on this Disney World Snacks List, but it is one of the coolest things we’re talking about!
A Night Blossom is a frozen Limeade, desert pear and apple drink – with passion fruit popping pearls – which are amazing!
You can find this refreshing drink at Pongu Pongu in Pandora at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
You can find alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions of this drink.
As I am under 21 at the time of writing this post, I haven’t tried the alcoholic version, but I can definitely recommend the non-alcoholic version! It is easily one of the best and most unique snacks at Animal Kingdom.
6) Funnel Cake
If you’re going to the American Adventure Pavillion at Epcot, this is an outstanding snack to try!
There’s a handful of different varieties of this Disney World snack:
- Funnel Cake with Sugar
- Funnel Cake with Chocolate Sauce
- Funnel Cake with Whipped Cream
- Funnel Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream
- Cookies ‘n Cream Funnel Cake (with Sugar, Vanilla Ice Cream, Crushed Cookies, and Chocolate Sauce)
I like the Funnel Cake with Chocolate Sauce, but chances are you won’t be disappointed with any Funnel Cake.
It’s a pretty filling snack, so could even be a “light lunch or dinner”.
7) Harambe Grilled Corn on the Cob
Okay, the unintentional sub-theme of this post seems to be snacks that don’t seem exciting but actually are.
This corn on the cob fits well into this category.
This grilled corn on the cob – is covered in African spices. You can get it without the spices, but then, it kind of is a boring snack.
I would say that this has a lot of flavour, but isn’t super spicy.
If this sounds good to you, head on over to the Harambe Fruit Market at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
(Side note: if this has been sitting in a heater, it doesn’t taste quite as good, but it’s still a nice snack).
Ta Ta For Now
Disney World has too many snacks to count, but chances are, these 7 snacks won’t disappoint!
